There are many platforms that software games use for their delivery. You have console games that sell the game console and the software disk. You also have game software companies that sell game CDs and require certain hardware specifications for PCs. You also have games that use a combination of these with a network. For example, you have the Xbox that also have functions for network gaming. For PC games, network games have been a common feature for a long time. One of the most recent platform that games have taken are through browser-based games. These games provide the advantage of having great animation, sounds, and graphics through Java and Flash software. Because of these you now can enjoy flash shooting games and free board games online. But aside from that, one of the best advantages of these browser-based games is that these are available anywhere, anytime there’s an internet connection.

 

Aside from that, you also have a wide selection of games to choose from. Not only do you have free online shooting games, you can also play action games and the best board games online. You know any good music or pop culture game...?

A friend's birthday is coming and she loves things like music and pop culture and stuff like that so I want to get her a game; I've been looking in Toys R Us for some board and PC games for her but haven't find anything that pleases me. I'm spending my vacations at Phoenix, AZ (Ahwatukee and Chandler speciffically), so If you know the game and where to buy it, please do tell.
She also loves American Idol, so if you know where I can buy the PC game, perfect, if not, the suggest please.
She doesn't have any game console, just the pc.

Best Buy is generally a good place to find stuff like that. There's a store in Chandler on Frye Road and a store in Ahwatukee on East Bay Road.
