Throw the Best Baby Shower for a Wonderful Time
Baby showers are the best way to show encouragement, support, and best wishes to any expectant mother. With all of her friends and family around her, she can know that everything is ready for the impending arrival. Baby showers are known for their quirkiness and silly games. A game that is especially entertaining is "Don't Say That Word" such as "baby" or "girl" or "boy". Another often-played game is a baby food game where the guests taste test various flavors of baby food and try to guess what fruit or vegetable it is. One game that is really popular as well is to pass a diaper around, musical-chairs style, and inside of the diaper is a dollop of warm chocolate fudge. This one is sure to get major hoots and hollars from the party guests! Don't forget gifts for the winning players; choose girly gifts like bath and body gels or lotions, fresh pots of flowers or plants, gift certificates, or a gift bag full of something themed such as "everything for a pedicure".
How to Decorate for the Big Event
Decorations are neat, because they set the joyous vibe for the entire party. If you don't know the sex of the baby, choose colors that reflect either gender. This approach creates a fresh color palette and brightens everyone's mood! The cake can even serve as a decoration; add small plastic baby figurines and pacifiers, etc. that can be bought from a party store. They add novelty to the dessert as well as to the purpose of the occasion.
